We worked on the adaptation of the honey extraction room at the EFA Avellaneda Agricultural School in Colonia Dora, Santiago del Estero. This project aimed to strengthen the education of young people from rural communities and support the sustainability of the school. It included the conditioning, refurbishment, and equipping of the room dedicated to honey extraction and packaging, as well as the construction of a rainwater harvesting and storage system to supply the place.
