We provided training in the installation of residential photovoltaic systems and industrial installation assistants, aimed at young people in situations of social vulnerability. With the approval of the Law on Distributed Generation of Renewable Energy Integrated into the Public Electricity Grid, energy can be produced at home and fed into the grid. This reduces costs and increases the demand for qualified personnel for the installation and maintenance of equipment. This project aimed to contribute to training in a new trade and promote the energy transition.
