Efficient Stoves in Community Kitchens
The project involves the manufacturing and installation of efficient wood-burning stoves in ten community kitchens in the Greater Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area (AMBA). These stoves operate using wood, firewood, and pruning waste, and their efficiency reduces cooking times, supports the economic sustainability of the organizations, and has a low environmental impact. Through this project, we promote food security and strengthen the workers of the community kitchens.
