Co-Design of Community Spaces
In the article "Engineering and Co-Design of Community Spaces in Argentina," published in the Stanford Social Innovation Review, Ivana Primitz (architect) and Natalia Zlachevsky (social anthropologist) from EWB-Ar’s Training and Impact department share various challenges and lessons learned from implementing co-design in our projects. The authors state that "co-design can be implemented in diverse contexts and with different audiences: prisons, women in vulnerable situations, children", but to do so, "it is necessary to adapt the techniques used to the context." The article delves into concrete examples of how it is possible to design alongside the community.
